Linda Zatlin

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 12 years in the banking and healthcare fields, Linda’s strong organizational and multi-tasking skills made her a natural choice to oversee executive business operations. Her ability to match internal resources and processes with the needs of a changing client base is one of her true strengths. Linda has been successful in creating scalable standard operating procedures as well as hand-picking a team of professionals who possess the expertise needed to react to a growing market.

Linda is passionate about volunteering and helping those whom are less fortunate. She believes that people are at their very best when they take the time out of their busy schedule, to make a difference in other’s lives. When Linda is not in the office or volunteering, she enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach.

Dennis Zatlin

It was in 2003 that Dennis and Linda Zatlin purchased Allied Resources. Based on the belief that he could scale the business through his strong relationships in the engineering sector, Dennis’ goal was to create a firm that was a cut above the rest.

Dennis spent 18 years in the engineering consulting space, as Vice President of Operations for a large firm, providing Engineering, Risk Mitigation and Project Delivery Services. It was during these 18 years that Dennis forged lifelong relationships with both clientele and engineering professionals within the petrochemical/refining, energy and heavy infrastructure industries. Dennis also perfected his craft of marrying strong accounting principles with project execution and customer service.

Dennis has embodied the philosophy that businesses are people-based, not project-based. He understands that investing in his employees, from the very beginning stages of their career, is an investment in the company’s future growth.

Mr. Zatlin is extremely philanthropic and continues to give back to the local community. He is an active Board Member of the GVCO and has been involved in several charities including: Bringing Hope Home, Toys for Tots, David Akers Kicks for Kids and the Children's Hospital Family Life Foundation.

Dennis, Linda and their two children reside in Malvern, Pa.

Chris Picariello

Chris is responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, management, and development of Allied Resources' operations. He also leads the national business development program for Allied Resources. Chris built a solid track record within the recruiting industry of initiating, cultivating, managing and increasing sales revenue, both for small and large customers. His portfolio includes both Fortune 500 companies and growing mid-tiers within Traditional Power, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure industries. Chris' real strength is building and growing strategic partnerships, using a solution-based sales approach. He's a creative and passionate team player with a proven ability to develop programs, consistently creating a high return on investment.

Prior to joining Allied Resources in 2015, Chris spent almost six years with another leading national recruitment firm as the subject matter expert of the Northeast Energy Division. He earned the top sales representative designation for three consecutive years, while winning four sales contests.

Chris graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and lives locally in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania.

Matt Gardner (PHR, CIR, CDR)

Matt joined Allied Resources in 2015 to manage both the Recruitment team and Training & Development program. His focus is to develop recruiters that provide a commitment to our candidates, centered around their individual career aspirations. Matt believes that successful recruitment stems from developing a keen understanding of the clients & industries we serve and fostering meaningful, consultative interactions with our candidates.

Matt brings a wealth of recruitment and sales experience, supporting the Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Transmission & Distribution, and Oil & Gas sectors of the energy market. Previously, Matt spent time developing and operating restaurants and night clubs for two separate hospitality groups.

Matt graduated from Fairmont State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, with a Concentration in Human Resources Management, and is a Certified Internet Recruiter, Certified Professional in Human Resources, and Certified Diversity Recruiter. He lives locally in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
