We’re excited to welcome Drew Talone to Allied Resources Technical Consultants (ARTC) as our new Managing Director.
Drew brings nearly 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a strong background in building high-performing teams, driving business development, and creating scalable processes that support long-term growth.
Drew’s connection to ARTC started with a familiar face. “I’ve known Negin Naraghi for many years, and I reached out to her when I saw she was hiring at ARTC,” he shared. “The more I learned about the company, the more I felt it was a place I truly wanted to be part of.”
That interest quickly turned into an opportunity to contribute to a team already gaining momentum. “I saw a strong opportunity to help grow an outstanding team and take it to the next level.”
In his role as Managing Director, Drew will focus on strengthening ARTC’s sales and recruiting teams, implementing best practices, and building scalable processes to support continued expansion. His experience across multiple industries gives him a well-rounded perspective on what drives performance—and what can hold teams back.
“I’ve developed a strong understanding of what drives high-performing teams, as well as what can hinder them,” Drew said. “I’m looking forward to using that experience to support ARTC’s continued success and long-term growth.”
As ARTC continues to scale, Drew is especially focused on culture and consistency. “I’m excited to contribute to the culture and ongoing expansion of an experienced team of salespeople and recruiters. With strong momentum heading into 2026, I look forward to helping implement best practices that support sustainable growth.”
Drew’s leadership style is grounded in practicality and a customer-first mindset—something that stood out immediately to leadership.
